PET Bottle Aseptic Cold Filling Production Line
Products scope: suitable for packing acid and neutral liquid products, including products with with a diameter of 3-5mm granules in the ultra-clean and aseptic filling condition.
Such as milk, yoghurt, dairy liquid products, plant protein beverage, flavor beverage, juice, coffee, tea and other drinking.
Technical characteristics of aseptic cold filling:
1). There’s an air sucking and curtain device in the inlet of bottles to separate the air between inside and outside of machine. It will effectively prevent inner irritating gas leaking and outside air pollution going inside.
2). It adopts liquid channel sealing structure in each rotating part. Prevent bearings and other transmission parts from corrosion of disinfectant liquid and gas.
3). It adopts automatic centralized lubrication system. The frequency, time and volume of lubrication can be set up freely in the touched screen.
4). It adopts or equivalent brand motor in the transmission system.
5). It adopts non-contacting filling way to prevent secondary pollution. It adopts high precision electrical flow meter in filling valve to control the filling volume.
6). Electrical flow meter and electric control system are installed outside of aseptic room. Better for user to observe and maintenance. Reduce the space of aseptic room.
7). There is a CIP cleaning fake cup in the filling valve. CIP cleaning process will be done by PLC automatically.
8). It adopts American rotating joint sealings with features of reliable effect and low failure rate. It adopts running sterile water or clean steam barrier protection mode between sterile air channel and sterile material channel to prevent from cross contamination.
9). It adopts on-line spraying way to sterilize in the bottle outlet conveying chain.
10). There are gratings and fluid bath sealing protection devices in all water discharging pipes. They can prevent water-discharging pipes from sundries blockage. Outside air also couldn’t enter into aseptic room.
11). Aseptic isolation system, foam cleaning system and disinfectant spraying and fumigating system are optional in machine working environment.
12). It adopts stainless steel 304 to make the main electric control cabinet.
13). Production speed, shift production count, trouble shooting category, trouble shooting point and others will display on the touched screen. Flow meter parameter set-up and correction also can be done on the touched screen. It’s very easy for user to operate.
