Introduction of Pasteurizer
It is designed to indirectly kill microorganism in the milk by plate heat exchanging. It made of plate heat exchanger, balancing tank, centrifugal sanitary pump, hot water device, frame and controlling unit. Material will go from balancing tank, through centrifugal sanitary pump into heat exchanger. The process is pre-heating, sterilizing, holding and cooling.
