Product Description




The plate type pasteurizing equipment is designed to be used for continuous sterilization of fresh milk, fruit juice, beer, beverage or other similar products. It can be connected with the separator, degasser, flash evaporator and other devices. The output of the equipment is mainly adjusted by the flow controller in the feeding system. When the full-flow homogeni-zing mode is adopted, the homogenizer is used to control the flow. As the heating and cooling of products are carried out in the heat recovery part of the plate type heat exchanger, the heat recovery rate can reach more than 95%.

Full-automatic configuration

The advanced programmable logic controller technology is adopted. The whole-course production operation and control are carried out according to the set technological requirements. It is provided with CIP cleaning program for automatic cleaning.


Semi-automatic configuration

The whole-course operation is realized through semi-automatic control. The operator can control the pumps, valves and reflowing functions through the control panel. The temperature control PID is used to maintain the sterilizing temperature. Continuous records of the sterilizing temperature are displayed on the recorder.


Application range

Pasteurized milk, yoghourt, fancy milk, fruit juice, tea beverage, beer, ice cream, milk beverage, condensed juice, wine and etc.

Small flow production is provided with electric heating unit to meet the production demands of products of high heat recovery rate.
